Health Plan has made our program user friendly! Here is how
it works:
After you have enrolled in the
plan, you are ready to add, edit, and delete your personal
medical
profile
data – here
is how easy it will be!
Login to your personal file:

Click on Login from the menu bar at the
top |

Type your Login and your Password |
 |
| Step 3: |
Click on the Submit Button |
 |
Add, Edit, and Delete your Personal Medical Profile Information:
| Step 4: |
Click on the tab for the topic you want
to edit (example General Info) |

| Step 5: |
Click in the box you want to edit - type your data
(use the delete key and backspace to erase) |
 |
| Step 6: |
You can click on the Save button at the bottom of your
screen any time during your editing or as you move to
the next tab, your data is automatically saved |
Return to Website
| Step 7: |
Finally, when you are
done, click on the Logout button at the bottom of the
page. It
will log you out of the private area and return you to
the WorldHealthPlan.org main web site. |
Reports
At any time, you can click on the Reports tab and print
out the sections that you select or print “All” which
will print your complete profile.
